Upon signing your agreement, please be advised that all payments are non-refundable; however, your sessions will remain available to you. The decision to continue with your sessions or to forfeit them is entirely at your discretion.

Upon purchasing a program, you are acquiring services that encompass all terms outlined in your signed agreement.

Once you become a member, any program purchased constitutes a payment for services rendered. Therefore, if your trainer is no longer with the company or is unavailable due to illness, it is our responsibility to assign you a replacement trainer.

However, once a client commits to our services, we are fully dedicated to providing exceptional support throughout their journey.
